Now... I don't condone hitting women, but c'mon, this is a prime example of a girl thinking she's tough until she runs into a guy who just doesn't give a f*ck... and thats what girls don't understand.  Maybe you can slap 9 outta 10 guys and they wont do anything, but there is always that one guy who doesn't care and then they wanna act surprised when it happens.  Again, I dont condone this, but girls need to smarten up and stop hittin dudes and think sh*t is sweet...

I came across this website and decided to try out Nutrilite's Rhodiola 110 for when I go to the gym, and boy I am glad I did. Taking 2 tablets before I work out has done wonders for my endurance and attention span. Usually I would have to drink an energy drink to wake myself up, and i still wouldnt be fully awake but after taking 2 rhodiola's with water (and/or something to eat), it's really suprising what these two little natural tablets can do for you.


I recently spoke with someone who took it in college while they were studying for finals and they said that within 10 minutes they were able to focus alot more and felt like they didnt need to drink coffee anymore to stay awake and aware. I dont drink coffee anway, and I just graduated college, but if I ever need to sit down and focus on something I'm gonna try it out for that too and see how well it works. Polow Da Don, when it's all said and done is going to be one of the best music producers of this generation.  Coming up in the game relatively fast on the production side of things, the ATLien has made tracks for Ciara, Fergie, R. Kelly, Chris Brown and his own artist, Rich Boy.  From club bangers, to sexy R&B tracks, he can do it all and does it well.  London Bridge was the first joint that had me checking for him and I was surprised at the hits he kept coming with.  He instantly became one of my favorite producers.  Check out some of the tracks he has produced, below...

Songwriter of the Week- Shaffer "Ne-Yo" Smith...

Ne-Yo has turned out to be one of the best singer/songwriters to burst onto the scene in recent years, leading to many others trying to come from behind the scenes and follow his footsteps to the lime light.  One of his first smashes on the charts was Mario's "Let Me Love You" and since then he has been on fire, lacing tracks for the likes of Beyonce, Rihanna, Chris Brown, Whitney Houston and Michael Jackson- to name a few.  His vocal arrangements, harmonies and melodies have lead to some of the biggest songs in the last couple years as well as history making tracks like "Irreplaceable", which was, to say the least, a MONSTER on the radio and all over television.
